Fees & Payment

  • 2 months' rent payable at admission
  • Monthly rent due by 10th of the month
  • ₹100/day late fee after the 10th
  • 30-day notice required before vacating

Curfew & Leave

  • Gate closes at 7:00 PM sharp
  • Gate opens at 6:00 AM
  • All leave requires prior permission
  • Register entry mandatory for all outings

Conduct & Safety

  • No guests or visitors inside rooms
  • Parents may visit with prior permission
  • No alcohol, smoking, or drugs
  • No outside food or personal cooking
